Legendary rock band Aerosmith is hanging up their touring boots due to a persistent vocal injury affecting their iconic frontman, Steven Tyler.
Following a larynx fracture Steven, 76, sustained during a concert in September 2023, the band has made the tough decision to retire from touring, nearly a year after the incident.
In an emotional statement, Aerosmith explained: "We've always wanted to blow your mind when performing. As you know, Steven's voice is an instrument like no other.
He has spent months tirelessly working on getting his voice to where it was before his injury. We've seen him struggling despite having the best medical team by his side.
