Jose Mourinho declared he wants a quick return to management after being fired by Tottenham on Monday, having seen his reign at the north London side end after 17 months.
Tottenham chief Daniel Levy opted to place Mourinho on gardening leave and part ways with the rest of his coaching team. The club statement thanked the two-time Champions League-winning coach for his service, but there was no comment from the man himself.
After being tracked down by Sky Sports on Monday afternoon, the Portuguese boss was asked about the decision and gave little away.
